WELL2907 Agilent Varian Cary Eclipse Fluorescence Spectrophotometer

The Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer is sensitive, accurate, and flexible, and is designed to meet your immediate and future challenges. The Cary Eclipse is designed for measuring low-volume picomolar fluorescein concentrations (<0.5 mL) and large, odd-sized samples too. Using Xenon lamp technology, the Eclipse captures a data point every 12.5 ms and scans at 24,000 nm/min without peak shifts. The Eclipse also offers four collection modes including fluorescence, phosphorescence, chemi/bio- luminescence, and time resolved phosphorescence.
  • Superior optical design & Small footprint,
  • Fast scanning & Fast data collection,
  • Measure precious or biological samples with ease & Flexibility,
  • Dedicated software applications,
  • Extended sensitivity-Measuring up to 900 nm without sacrificing UV performance,
  • Obtain 3-D graphs in seconds -- Automatically collect a series of excitation, emission, or synchronous scans in all x modes,
  • Specifications: - Wavelength range: 200 to 900nm, Dimensions: 24 x 24 x 11 in, Electrical: 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
