This JASCO J-815 High-Throughput Circular
Dichroism (HTCD / FDCD - Fluorescence)
Measurement System can accommodate two 96-
well plates (up to 192 samples) with
protection at controlled temperature prior
to measurement. Measurements using
predetermined parameters for automated
spectral scanning and/or temperature
ramping measurement can be made with a
Peltier thermosstatted flow cell.
This J-815 HTCD/FDCD system consists of;
(1) J-815 CD Spectropolarimeter, (2) MPTC-
490S 6-Pl. Peltier Turret Cell Changer, (3)
FMO-427 Peltier FDCD Attachment,
(4) ASU-800 Autosampler, SRA-819 Tray, Anti-
Dust Flexi-Glass Hood Cover, (5) ATS-429S
Automatic Titration System, and other
essetial accessories and parts.
Applications include peptides,
proteins, nucleic acids, chiral organic
components, monoclonal antibodies etc.
Micro-plate temperature control
Automated measurements with Spectra
Manager-HTCD software
Automated data processing
