<< previous  next >>   WELL2829 :  Metrology - Thermo-Nicolet iS10 Variable Angle Wafer Analyzer This Variable Angle Wafer Holder for Thermo (“VAWH”) is designed for transmission studies of wafer and discs from normal incidence to 60º. It is designed to accommodate round wafers that are 8”, 6”, 4” and 2” in diameter up to 2mm thick. This accessory features a removable wafer holder for convenient loading of the wafers. To minimize the potential for spectral contamination, all materials in contact with the wafer are made from PTFE or PFA. An optional polarizer mount and polarizer are available. This Variable Angle Wafer Holder fits in most of FT-IR''s, including Nicolet iS10 and 6700. Holder to accommodates round wafers: 8”, 6”, 4” and 2” in dia.; 125 micron to 2 mm thick.
