This Hitachi U-4100 is a high performance UV-VIS-NIR
Spectrophotometer that can fit your needs of options:
175nm Far-UV region and large sample compartment for
large-sized samples, a wide selection of sampling
accessories, that includes high sensitivity integrating
sphere. U-4100 offers a total analysis solution for
applications in the wide range of fields, Thin Film and
Optics, Semi-conductor, New material R&D and Bio-tech,
etc.
This U-4100 Spectrophotometer has equipped with an
Integrating Sphere and a built-in optical table in a
Large Sample Compartment for Transmittance/Reflectance
Measurements. More details available upon Request. This
U-4100 has an extended wavelength Option/Spectral Range:
175nm ~ 3,300nm. Integrating Sphere covers: 240nm ~
2,600nm.
