This Spectrum-GX is a true Research-Grade Near-Infrared
FT-IR spectrometer(FT-NIR) which can cover the range
14,000 cm-1 to 2000 cm-1 (Approx. 714nm ~ 5,000nm),
Resolution: 0.25cm-1: Configured with a NEW NIR
source(Tungsten), a NEW laser, CaF2 Beamsplitter, NIRTGS
detector. This Spectrum-GX FT-NIR is controlled by Dell
GX260 Pentium-4 PC and Windows-XP O/S based
IR-Spectroscopy SW V.5.3.1. As a buyer's option,
Integrating Sphere or a Diffuse Reflectance Accessory is
available with this Specturm-GX FT-NIR spectrometer. This
FT-NIR instrument has recently refurbished and tested, and
calibrated(The calib./test data available upon request).
